has a diverse background across finance, telecommunications, science, and information systems, most recently for 18 years as the CEO/CFO of a neuroscience research firm. Her passion to connect data points to yield correlations and valuable information has driven her quest to bring those tools to health.     
Her life's experiences drove her passion and creativity to find a solution to problems across the current health ecosystem. She has had too many friends and family lose health battles could've been prevented, treated, or cured. Her passion to problem solve has equipped her with tremendous insights into the problems of today’s health care system, and in people’s inability to manage their own health using modern information technology tools. These insights have culminated with the plan for Whole in One Health. 

is the Head of Architecture, Midnight, at Input Output (IOHK), one of the world’s pre-eminent blockchain research and engineering companies. Bob’s career in technology, integration, and cloud spans over two decades, including 19 years at IBM where he held various leadership roles in the IBM Cloud and Systems organizations. His career started in software development and grew to include lab services, technical sales, M&A, transformation, and strategy. As IBM Systems CTO for Blockchain, he was instrumental in the creation of the IBM Blockchain Platform and the IBM Digital Assets Platform. 

He later served as Chief Architect for the IBM Remote Lab Platform and Chief Architect of the IBM Cloud Hyper Protect Services, where he engaged globally with companies ranging from stealth startups to Fortune 50 companies to define solutions for supply chain management, digital asset management, health care solutions and more. 

after earning his Ph.D. at Stanford University, he began a global career in tactical and strategic roles, requiring a blend of functional and domain expertise. He communicates value, shapes scientific and business strategies, and drives enterprise growth through data-driven insights and trusted collaboration, working cross-functionally and within the broader healthcare ecosystem. His passion lies in leveraging technology to enhance the human experience, such as his work at a renowned basic science lab focused on auditory science and emotion, as well as on the business frontlines of Siemens Healthineers. From researcher tinkering with experiments to managing specialists supporting others’ research with advanced equipment, he eventually took on responsibility for its sales, marketing, and successful utilization through educational and workforce-empowering initiatives. Throughout, the unifying thread is his commitment to continuous improvement, and delivering valuable outcomes for society.

Proven expertise in leveraging AWS, Kubernetes, and hybrid cloud technologies to modernize infrastructure, streamline operations, and enhance compliance with standards like FedRAMP and NIST 800-53. Adept at leading cross-functional teams and delivering secure, scalable, and cost-effective solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

He has an in-depth understanding of the healthcare landscape, having worked extensively across providers, payors, health-tech organizations, and PBMs. His expertise lies in defining & executing growth strategies, developing & launching new clients, products, and businesses, expanding partnerships & accounts, and adeptly leading cross-functional & cross-cultural teams. He has a proven track record of success in revenue generation, exceeding $600 million, and launching new products at large corporations & small start-ups with over 25 million people using the products. He has coached multiple team members, helping them into leadership roles. He has a passion for improving patient-centric care by leveraging technology.

As the founder and CEO of Beneficent, she focuses her passion for whole health, financial wellbeing, social impact, and sustainability to help organizations to clarify their purpose, craft a bold vision, and transform their organization in the direction of that vision. 

Most recently, Amy served as Chief Design officer of United Healthcare. Before joining United Healthcare, she co-founded Mad*Pow in 2002 and nurtured its growth for 20 years to become a leading global strategic design consultancy focused on delivering positive social impact and business outcomes. At Mad*Pow Amy served as Chief Experience Officer, executive board member and head of growth.
